Account and content
Only publish work you created or have permission to publish. Users are responsible for uploaded photos, text and information.
Contact between users
TRASHGRAVE only facilitates contact. Price, payment, transport, condition, handover and rights are agreed directly outside the system.
Copyright
Transferring the physical artwork does not automatically transfer copyright. Copyright must be agreed separately.
Burial fee
The first publication has a one-time fee of $5. Payment is handled by Stripe before publication. Later edits are free.
Cancellation and refunds
If payment is cancelled, the grave stays unpublished and payment can be retried. Contact info@openartfest.cz about incorrect or duplicate charges.
Moderation and deletion
The operator may remove unlawful, third-party or unsuitable content. Artists can edit, hide or delete their own graves.
Liability
TRASHGRAVE is not responsible for agreements, payments, transport or artwork condition between users.
